To us, international partnerships mean more than trade. We cultivate the connections and the network that open possibilities for our clients, international and Swiss alike, across the fields we cover as a family office.
01 Alternative assets
We open the possibility of investing in alternative asset classes. The core subjects are natural fancy color diamonds and investment gold from a certain quantity upwards.
With natural diamonds we work exclusively with certificates from Argyle, GIA, HRD and IGI and with the associated proof of origin under the Kimberley Process. We present a manageable selection, each piece with its laboratory certificate, its proof of origin and a comprehensible account of the price. On request we arrange storage and insurance.
02 Wealth advisory
We advise on ordering and preserving assets across generations. We are independent and work, where wished, in concert with a client's lawyers and fiduciaries.
We take our place alongside a house's existing advisers, not in their stead. The decision remains with the client.
03 Sustainable energy
Together with the Leico Leiser Family Office we are invested in sustainable energy generation, with the main focus on hydrogen production.
The underlying technology is the property of the house and carries the registered trademarks Cavilysis Hydrogen Wasserstoff® and QuantumYsed Green Hydrogen1®. Business is conducted under We support Freedom and Peace Energy®.
On the protective rights themselves, that is filings, countries and the status of proceedings, we give no public information. Conversations with partners from technology and project development we hold case by case and in confidence.
04 Network and support
A network grown over decades in Switzerland and at the international trading centres. We open doors, make introductions to the right people, and remain your point of contact.
That includes lawyers, fiduciaries, family offices and the responsible authorities when a client establishes a business in Switzerland. For manufacturers and trading partners we are the Swiss counterpart.

Welcome Future AG is an owner managed family office based in Lucerne, established in 1982 and today led by the second generation. From that standing it maintains longstanding relationships with manufacturers and international trading centres and is engaged in selected mandates and cooperations in Switzerland and abroad.
The fields covered are alternative assets, wealth advisory, and research and development in sustainable energy generation.
For clients and partners this means a reliable counterpart in Switzerland, established in the international diamond market and in selected alternative asset classes, with a network that has carried for decades.
What we do not do
- No tax and no legal advice. For that we make introductions to lawyers and fiduciaries.
- No synthetic diamonds. We work exclusively with natural diamonds.
- No assurances about future price development. We show what has been, and we name the source.
What a cooperation can look like.
Manufacturers and trading partners value our reliable execution and our discretion. Asset managers, trustees, and lawyers bring us in when the assessment, acquisition, or realisation of natural diamonds arises for their clients, when investment gold is to be sourced from a certain quantity upwards, or when a question beyond conventional banking calls for an experienced counterpart.
In wealth advisory we take our place alongside a house's existing advisers, not in their stead. We order assets across generations and, where wished, do so in concert with a client's lawyers, fiduciaries, and banks.
In sustainable energy generation, conversations with partners from technology and project development come into consideration. Research and development we pursue together with the Leico Leiser Family Office.

What the Swiss location requires.
Some of our mandates come from abroad with an aim that reaches beyond the diamond market: a business of their own in Switzerland, often together with the wish to take up residence here. We accompany that path with what a family office can contribute, namely local knowledge, an established network, and introductions to lawyers, trustees, banks, and the responsible authorities.
Swissness is not a marketing word but a matter of law: since 1 January 2017 the Trade Mark Protection Act governs who may invoke Swiss origin. For services there is a single, demanding condition: the registered office and the actual place of administration must both be in Switzerland. An address alone is not enough; what counts is where the work is done and the decisions are taken.
Welcome Future AG has met that condition since 1982. Office and administration are at Alpenstrasse 1 in Lucerne, the house is run from here, and this is where decisions are made. Working with us means a Swiss counterpart in the full sense of the word: Swiss law, Lucerne as the place of jurisdiction, and someone you can meet at that same address.
For clients building an activity of their own in Switzerland, the same standard is the test. A structure that genuinely moves its office and administration here may invoke Swiss origin; one that does not, may not. We clarify that difference at the beginning rather than at the end, because it determines what the whole undertaking is worth.

What do you offer international partners?
A dependable counterpart in Switzerland, established in the international diamond market and in selected alternative asset classes. For manufactures and trading partners we are the Swiss side of a collaboration.
Do you support setting up in Switzerland?
Yes. We assess the starting position, set the order of the steps and bring you together with those who actually carry out each part: notary, trustee, tax adviser and bank. We do not perform the incorporation ourselves.
Is an address enough for a Swiss company?
No, and this is regularly underestimated from abroad. The law requires that the company be capable of representation by a person resident in Switzerland. And anyone wishing to trade on Swiss origin needs both the seat and the actual place of administration in the country. A forwarding address carries weight neither with a bank nor with the tax authority.
