Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net prices in US dollars. If contracts already concluded - verbally as well as in writing - are cancelled, the return transport of the goods shall be at the expense of the contracting party.
No custody or other fees are charged for the purchase of the goods. We do not grant any profit, repurchase or resale guarantees.
Prices are based on auction and retail sales.
Payment for the goods shall be made immediately upon confirmation of the order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Written payment terms granted by us must be observed.
The goods remain the property of Welcome Future AG until full payment has been made, even in the case of payment by instalments.
All goods will be delivered by us personally or by a security service. The goods must be opened and checked immediately by the customer. Any complaints must be made immediately in writing.
We assure our customers, as far as possible, a punctual delivery of the goods and grant a right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days.
Return shipments of goods to us must be made by a security service. Otherwise, acceptance may be refused for insurance reasons.
The buyer declares to be a merchant in the sense of the law applicable to him. Verbally made subsidiary agreements are invalid. Amendments and supplements to this agreement must be made in writing and approved by the managing director.
These GTC are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Welcome Future AG.
